NVIDIA was reported to be discussing an investment in Perplexity as part of a round that could value the company above $30 billion; no completed round was announced.

The Information reported that Perplexity's annualized revenue had risen to more than $750 million from less than $250 million at the start of 2026, driven in part by its Perplexity Computer agent, as Nvidia discussed investing at a $30 billion-plus valuation.
