Cohere signs letter of intent to acquire AISLEAnnouncedAcquisition
Cohere signed a letter of intent to acquire Prague-based AI security startup AISLE, whose autonomous scanners have found 500+ CVEs. AISLE CEO Ondrej Vlcek will lead a new Cohere Cyber unit, Jaya Baloo becomes Cohere's global CISO and Stanislav Fort leads AI security research. Terms were not disclosed; the deal has not closed.
